Public health doctor and Civil Administrator, Dr Rakotomanana A. is currently the Head of the Training and Development of Human Resources in Health Service at the Ministry of Public Health in Madagascar. After 10 years of experience in program management (HIV / AIDS, UHC, etc.) and nationwide skills development, she has prioritized the modernization of both pre-service and in-service training for improving human resources in health. Since 2017, she has worked to apply the "learn to master" (APM) approach in collaboration with JHPIEGO.
