Specialist in research and communication marketing, Anja Ranjalahy Rasolofomanana Noeliarivelo has 20 years of successful experience. In 2000, with her husband, she co-founded the company Tandem S.A.R.L. in which she has since held the position of Operations Manager. She ensured the technical coordination of the various studies and researches entrusted to Tandem, with satisfactory collaboration with several national and international organizations and entities (Cf. Presentation note of Tandem S.A.R.L.). She is recognized for proven competence in the design, implementation, analysis, and reporting of studies taking into account local organizational and socio-cultural particularities. She notably coordinated the “Formative research to better understand the populations assisted by the World Food Program (WFP) in Madagascar (Vatovavy Fitovinany, Atsimo Andrefana, Androy and Anosy regions)”, in 2019, the “Evaluation du Projet d’Appui à la Santé Maternelle et Infantile - PASMI - and of reproduction in the regions of Itasy and Bongolava ”(Médecins du Monde, 2017),“ Research on sexual and reproductive health and family planning of young adolescents and young adults of Madagascar ”(Johns Hopkins University, 2016-2017) and the“ Formative research on factors influencing the use of sexual and reproductive health services by young parents in the regions of Menabe and Vakinankaratra ”(MCSP, 2016).

As part of the two APPHC research projects in Madagascar, she ensures the technical coordination of the implementation in the regions of Atsinanana and Vatovavy Fitovinany with particular attention to data quality assurance.
