Ashley is a PhD candidate in the Global Health Sciences Program at UCSF where she serves as the Assistant Director of Research with the Global Action in Nursing project and co-directs a yearlong research seminar for master’s students. Ashley is also certified as a Perinatal Educator by Commonsense Childbirth School of Midwifery and a Mama to two, both of which shape her approach to reproductive health research and advocacy.
