Patricia Norolalao
Dr Patricia Norolalao is a medical doctor with more than 12 years of experience in public health, social care, and development. She has been involved in project management, social marketing, and franchising in the areas of maternal and child health, immunization, nutrition, family planning, reproductive health, youth-friendly, and early years programming. She is currently the Maternal Newborn and Child Health specialist at USAID Madagascar. Before joining USAID, she was previously among the first cohort of 20 young professionals’ Africa Early Years Fellow of the World Bank after serving as the Health Services Delivery Director for the global non-profit organization, Population Services International (PSI) in Madagascar. She has in-depth technical knowledge as well as clinical experience in improving the quality of health care at national and regional levels. She has also been involved in projects to prevent childhood malnutrition and has a particular interest in addressing gender equality and engaging men in maternal and child health issues.
